Here to share about my experience with Nat as my ID.
Nat had been really helpful in our home design ideas and try his best to advise us. We decided on the theme which made it easier for us to move forward.
Throughout the renovation process Nat was there to make sure the things are in place and help us to rectify when possible. There was a lot of discussion in between sharing our thoughts when there is a decision to make, we will seek Nat experience and advise if is possible and what are things to look out for if the idea is to realise. Shout out to my wife also as she is the one that work with Nat and marking sure we do our due diligence checks during the process.
Nat will always check with us before commencement of work and keep us updated if there is any hiccup that needs us to make a decision.

Had such a smooth experience with Jay from the start to the end. I have to commend him for his service. He kept following up closely with us and reminding us to review and choose our preferred designs, colors etc along the way, as my husband and I were busy with work during the planning process and kept forgetting to review. He understood exactly what we wanted during our initial consult, and recommended the best design for our flat's layout, without compromising functionality and storage space. The highlight of the entire house has to be my cat room. It was done up so well and I have received many compliments from friends and family! It feels like I have my very own cat cafe in my house! As with any renovation projects, there were definitely some hiccups along the way, or some designs that may not work etc, but Jay was very professional and guided us through everything and dealt with any problems swiftly.
